With over 15 years’ experience in the recruitment industry alone, Jeff’s industry knowledge makes him a leading expert in the field. Jeff’s expertise in recruitment includes various successful management roles within several global leading recruitment agencies. Jeff is now Managing Director and Founder of Engineering Trades Australia

Ross has a wealth of experience in Australian based recruitment, having worked in the industry for over 15 years he is now a Director of Engineering Trades Australia.

Ross has previously worked in national and WA based management positions for well-known global organisations and smaller boutique companies, where he specialised in engineering, infrastructure, construction and property recruitment.

Ross has a proven track record of establishing and fostering strong relationships with companies of all types and sizes. Skilled in creating, developing and executing effective sourcing strategies,
Ross has delivered results sourcing staff across a wide range of technical roles through to Labour Hire for various project sizes.
